The book is filled with many fond remembrances, personal anecdotes, and over 650 photos. Each of the 40 seasons has its own section, which gives the reader world events of the year, the names of everyone in the company, and a photograph from nearly every production. There are special sections on the Chase Barn Playhouse, the Whitefield Common, The Spruces, Richard and Terry Portner, Jacques Stewart, the Inn at Whitefield, and the Cabaret as well as articles on the co-founders, Tom Haas and Gibbs Murray. Sections on of Windsock Camp, the Intern Program, and the Patchwork Players are also included.
